Materials
As a company, we specialise in the processing and welding of special materials and have extensive experience in working with demanding materials. One example of this is 7CrMoVTiB 10-10, a high-alloy, heat-resistant material used in demanding applications such as power plant and turbine construction. Our portfolio also includes Super 304 and HR3C, which play an important role in the chemical and petrochemical industries due to their corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
We are able to guarantee high-precision and durable welded joints, especially for mixed joints such as the connection of 7CrMoVTiB 10-10 to alloy or highly complex alloys such as X10CrMoVNb9-1 and X10CrMoVNb9-2. These materials require in-depth expertise and experience, which we as a company ensure through years of practice and continuous training of our employees in this field.
Other materials we work with include 13CrMo4-5, a martensitic steel, and 10CrMo9-10, which are in demand in energy-intensive industries due to their excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Our expertise also extends to the precise handling of high-alloy materials and heat-resistant materials, which are indispensable in demanding environments such as high-pressure systems or extreme temperatures.
We specialise in processing these high-strength materials, which include ferritic, martensitic or austenitic steels, depending on the type. However, our company also regularly works with carbon steel, low-temperature steel, aluminium and titanium to ensure that we can meet the most diverse requirements in a wide range of industries, from the automotive industry to the aerospace sector.
Thanks to our many years of experience and the continuous training of our employees, we can offer you the highest standard at every stage of production and assembly, from the first step of material selection to precise welding and processing. We see ourselves as your reliable partner when it comes to the processing and welding of high-alloy and high-strength materials.
